Rapid Prototyping

Rapid prototypes allow key mechanical and performance requirements to be evaluated before mass production. Prototype samples can be used to verify gear engagement, dimensions, mounting interfaces,output performance, and assembly fit, helping identify and refinedesign issues at an early stage.

Design Validation

Gearbox prototypes are evaluated against defined application requirements before production release. Validation can cover output torque, speed, gear operation, mechanical fit, noise, durability,and operating performance, with test results used to confirm or refine the final design.

OEM & ODM Manufacturing

Once the gearbox design is validated, EWOUDE supports both OEM and ODM manufacturing from prototype to volume production. We can manufacture according to finalized customer specifications or provide further design optimization and customization based on application requirements. Production, assembly, quality control, and supply are coordinated according to the final project requirements and production volume.
